Like all natural materials leather needs care to maintain it's soft and luxurious texture. If you follow some simple rules to take care of your leather product you will enjoy it for a lifetime.
- If leather gets wet, dry it naturally in a well ventilated place. Don't use a heater or blow-dryer.
- Clean leather only with a quality leather cream. Use only a little on a soft cloth and polish in a circular motion.
- Store your leather product in a natural fibre or cotton dust bag in a cool, dry place. Line bags with some tissue paper filling to keep the shape of the leather at it's best. A small pack of 'Silica Gel' will absorb any moisture that may accumulate due to humidity.
- Pony, horse or fur leather can be brushed gently with a soft bristle brush. Brush in the direction of the hair and don't rub at hair may fall.
- Snake, Eel and exotic skins need special care to maintain there delicate nature. Use a soft cloth to gently clean and polish the leather.
- Suede can be cleaned with a soft bristle brush and a recommended suede cleaner.
